Shift and Long-Term Jobs
VMS365 has the capability to manage both long-term roles and shift work efficiently. Shift calendar view delivers easy identification of the shifts yet to be filled, while a built in ‘shift repeat’ function allows hiring managers to simplify the entry of a full rota. Long-term roles are supported by detailed specification requests and enhanced placement management features.
Bank Management
i-resource recognises that some companies need to utilise staff banks before approaching the agency market. VMS365 provides managers access to these banks to offer vacancies directly to bank candidates. Candidates can view vacancies and put themselves forward for consideration via their own web or mobile app; with the system utilising built-in checks to ensure only appropriate candidates move forward.
Supply Chain Management
VMS365 allows you to tier your supply chain as per your requirements, such as price, commission, or quality of service. Tiering of the supply chain can be pre-configured to streamline the selection process for managers and ensure the supply chain is delivering the greatest value.
VAT Mitigation
VMS365 provides clients with the ability to enforce a direct engagement model designed to deliver significant VAT savings by enabling you to engage and pay a temporary worker directly on a contract basis. Providing the necessary reporting tools and functions to easily access payroll reports that can then be inserted into your payroll function, the system will also give the candidates a self-bill detailing the hours worked.
Mobile Apps
Recognising that managers are no longer desk-bound, and not all candidates have access to a desk-based computer to submit timesheets, we understand that our systems must be mobile friendly. Both clients and candidates have a mobile application that delivers all functions of the web-based system in a quick and easy-to-use mobile application, downloadable from the app store.
